The eye pencil is ideal for adding an accent to your glance. The Foet eye pencil is easy to apply due to its comfortable and soft texture. The formula offers all-day coverage without flaking or caking. You can use the automatic retractable pencil at any time, since there is no need to sharpen it. It is convenient to take along to refresh or fix make-up.
The brown shade has a slight shimmer. It is suitable for natural day or bright evening make-up.
The black pencil is easy to apply evenly, leaving no gaps. It has a rich color and a matte finish.
The eye pencil allows:
- Filling in the space between eyelashes to create the effect of thick eyelashes;
- Drawing a wing of any thickness;

APPLICATION:
